Ho ricevuto questa comunicazione via mail oggi dal Free Gaza Movement, che mi ha confermato alcune anticipazioni arrivate da Vittorio a Cipro.Rompo il muro del silenzio per parlare e diffondere di chi sta rompendo l'assedio di Gaza.

The boat has left
The two Qatari envoys stood on the upper deck surrounded by their flags, smiling as the boat pulled away from the dock, waving to those of us remaining on the ground. They are members of the Eid Charity and going to Gaza as the very first Arab delegation. Al Jazeera was taping the departure, this time with the beautiful Katia Naser reporting from the back deck of the boat.Two Israelis are also on board, one a journalist from the liberal channel 10, and the other, Neta Golan, one of the co-founders of the ISM.
The boat is returning Vik Arrigoni to Gaza. He was kidnapped from the fishing boat, seven miles off the coast of Gaza several weeks ago, and he wants to go back and finish the work he started. He could only come back with us.
They are five of fifteen passengers and crew going this time. The weather was beautiful as they left and they should have a smooth trip all the way to Gaza. We will report more tomorrow as they approach the shores of the embattled slice of the Mediterranean called Gaza.

I 2 rappresentanti del Quatar stavano sul ponte superiore, circondati dalle loro bandiere , sorridendo mentre la barca si allontanava dal molo, salutando quelli tra noi rimasti a terra…
Sono membri di Eid Charity e rappresentano la prima vera delegazione araba che raggiunge Gaza.
Al Jazeera ha ripreso le immagini della partenza., con la splendida Katia Naser come reporter.
A bordo ci sono anche 2 israeliani, uno è un giornalista del canale televisivo liberal 10, e l'altra è Neta Golan , una dei cofondatori dell’ISM.
La barca sta riportando Vittorio Arrigoni a Gaza.
Vittorio venne prelevato da un peschereccio, mentre stava a 7 miglia dalle coste di Gaza alcune settimane fa e vuole tornare a completare il lavoro che aveva iniziato e poteva tornarci solo con noi.
Questi sono 5 dei 15 fra passeggeri ed equipaggio partiti.
Il tempo era bello alla partenza e dovrebbero avere una navigazione tranquilla fino a Gaza.
A domani per ulteriori notizie mentre si avvicineranno alle coste di quella fettina fortificata di Mediterraneo chiamata Gaza.
